    Object<\/strong><\/p>

    These general\nconditions of sale govern the contractual\nrelationship between C\u00e9joli and the Customer\nand are applicable to any order made through\nthe Site.<\/p>

    Opposition of the general conditions of\nsale<\/strong><\/p>

    The Customer declares to have read and understood these general conditions of sale.
    The\nsale of products offered by C\u00e9joli is subject to\nthese general conditions. The fact of placing an\norder on the Site implies the Customer's full and\nunreserved acceptance of these general\nconditions of sale.
    In this regard, the Customer\nhas the option of downloading, saving and\nreproducing the general conditions.
    The contract\nof sale of a good purchased on the Site consists\nof the general conditions of sale in force at the\ntime of the order and the order form. The\nCustomer acknowledges being fully informed of\nthe fact that his agreement concerning the\ncontent of these

    Capacity The purchase of objects\nmanufactured and marketed by C\u00e9joli does not\ncome under one of the acts of management of\ndaily life,

These differences can in\nno way be interpreted as lack of conformity,\nlead to the cancellation of the sale and engage\nthe responsibility of C\u00e9joli.
    Any order implies\nexpress and irrevocable acceptance of the\ndescription of the products. The Customer must ensure before any order that the ordered\nproduct can be transported without difficulty to\nhis home, in particular because of its weight and\nvolume. The Customer must in particular ensure\nthat the product can pass through the doors and\nuse any corridors. Thedelivery by the window is not guaranteed. The\nimpossibility of delivering the ordered product\ndue to access conditions to the Customer's\nhome will not engage C\u00e9joli's liability.<\/p>

    Product\nunavailability<\/strong><\/p>

    The product offers and prices\nappearing on the Site are valid as long as they\nappear on the Site, within the limits of available\nstocks. In case of unavailability of a product,\nC\u00e9joli informs the Customer as soon as possible\nby e-mail or telephone. The Customer may\nconfirm his order by accepting an extended\ndelivery period or request reimbursement of\nthe product on the basis of the price

    The unavailability of products will not engage\nthe responsibility of C\u00e9joli.<\/p>

    Prices<\/strong><\/p>

    The prices of\nthe products offered for sale on the Site are\nexpressed in euros excluding tax, C\u00e9joli being a\nmicro-enterprise which benefits from a VAT\nexemption, VAT is not applicable, The prices are\nonly valid on the Site. These prices do not\ninclude

The prices of the\nobjects may be modified at any time by C\u00e9joli\nand without prior notice to the Customer. The\nobjects will be invoiced on the basis of the rates\nin force at the time of registration of the order. Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices of the objects.
    For\ninternational markets, the prices of the\nproducts are indicated in euros, the prices are\nindicated excluding tax at check-out. These\norders are subject to any taxes and customs\nfees in the country of destination. Customs\ncharges must be paid by the Customer directly\nto the carrier. This also applies for any order\nover 150\u20ac to the United Kingdom.<\/p>

    Ordered<\/strong><\/p>

      Payment<\/strong><\/p>

      The means\nof payment on the Site is the bank card and\nexclusively the following cards: Classic Blue\nCard, VISA Card, MASTERCARD Card and PayPal.<\/p>

      Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

      The delivery area is Europe plus\ninternational. The products will be sent to the\ndelivery address that the Customer indicated\nduring his Order. Delivery costs are calculated\naccording to the weight \/ volume of the package\nand the destination country. The delivery of the\norder is ensured according to the weight and\nthe volume by Colissimo or carrier for the\ninternational. The order is delivered from\nMonday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.\ndirectly to the address indicated in exchange for\na signature. The delivery time\nis an indicative time. Consequently, exceeding\nthe indicative delivery date appearing on the\norder cannot give rise to damages, withholding,\nor cancellation of the order in progress.<\/p>

      Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

      In the event that the item(s)\nordered do not give satisfaction, the Customer\nhas a legal period of fourteen (14) clear days\nfrom the day of receipt of the package to return it, in accordance with article L 121- 20-12 of the\nConsumer Code, it being specified that when\nthe period of fourteen (14) days expires on a\nSaturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working\nday, it is extended until the first following\nworking day.<\/p>

      The product must be returned in its\noriginal packaging and carton and in perfect\ncondition. In this case, the package will be\nreturned to the Customer and the costs of\nreturning the product are the responsibility of\nthe Customer.<\/p>
